Mandela Day Crochet Blanket

It is getting colder around here... especially when night starts to approach.
So what better way to finish the day, then to snuggle on the couch watching TV and making crochet.
Trying to do a blanket for my oldest girl for school.
This is what I have so far....

I decided to make a rainbow scheme for the pattern....

My two little girls had their ballet exam from the American Academy of Ballet Awards done.
Gold and silver with distinctions ....
Very proud of them.... now preparing for another one.
